How to Sew and Install Kate Spade Shower Curtain

You can use all your existing equipment and have a new shower curtain in no time! Measure the dimensions of your old shower curtain and buy a lot of comparable material with a few others for seams. Use your old shower curtain as a guide, cut out the new curtain, leave two more inches on all sides and five centimeters more.

Make all flat seams. This provides a good advantage. Sew the seams to secure them with a colored yarn. This can be done by hand or with a sewing machine  Measure the distance from all the holes in your old curtain and use this model for your new shower curtain. Punch holes in your new shower curtain, at a stroke. Bring your new shower curtain to the previous equipment and hang your new shower curtain.

Installing kate spade shower curtain is done in the same way that you should hang a straight curtain rod. The only difference is the location of the stick. You only need some basic tools to install an oval bar. Select the height at which you want curtain sticks on both sides of the wall. The rod must be high enough to prevent the curtain from pulling the floor. Select deep shower drawer bar. It should be a minimum of 5 inches from the outer edge of the bathtub. An oval shower curtain must be placed further onto the wall so that the shower curtain will not hang too far away from the edge of the bathtub.

Open the hardware package that came with your kate spade shower curtain rod. There are 4 anchors, 2 anchor plates, 4 screws and 2 flanges. Hold an anchor flat on the wall at the place you noticed for height and depth. Mark 2 screw holes on the wall. Use the anchor plate to mark the screw holes on the opposite wall. Measures to ensure that the holes on each side of the shower are exactly the same height and depth. Read the instructions to find the right size a little drill. Drill four screw holes in your places, slightly deeper than the length of the anchor. Insert anchor into the holes. Hold an anchor plate over anchor and replace the screws. Tighten the screws with the drill and screwdriver. Fit the other anchor plate to the opposite wall. Place flanges on anchoring plates. Tighten the screws on the underside of the flanges. Put the curtain rod in the flanges.
